- Translation rate is calculated according to the amount of Spanish language words.
- Regular documents refer to the regular business documents. Special documents are the scientific and technical documents regarding medicine, telecommunication, computer, automobiles, petrochemicals, electronics, finance, law, mechanism building, metallurgy, construction, energy sources, geology, transportation, biology, agriculture, literature and fine art etc.
- Documents that need to be translated will be picked up and delivered to our customers free of charge.
- Translation from English language into Spanish language is charged as the document which is translated from a Spanish language into English
- If the documents include specialty content other than the content mentioned as note2, or have additional requirements for the translation.

- Interpretation time is maximum 8 hours/day/person?not including simultaneous interpretation?. Overtime work is USD25.00/hour/person extra. All expenses of our interpreters regarding the business trip should be borne by our customers, which include transportation, food and accommodation and other fees.
- Other language or special documents interpretation fee will be upon on consultation.
